In early 2020, thanks to my patrons, I was able to upgrade my recording equipment and start working on a few fun passion projects, like my true crime podcast and my creepy story readings on Patreon. I was also fortunate enough to be able to hire a professional producer to create and edit them with me.

The Mystery Time podcast came about from my love of true crime. Sometimes I am lucky to have a friend on with me and together, we discuss the criminal and/or crime of the month. There is a 99.9% chance we'll go off the rails and talk about something not the very least related to the theme as well.

Down below are the episodes of the podcast series thus far.

  1. The Mysterious Death of Elisa Lam
Elisa Lam was a young woman from outside Vancouver, Canada that went missing while on vacation in Los Angeles. She was found in her hotels water tank about 2 and a half weeks after she was reported missing. Was it foul play or just an unfortunate case of mental illness?

  2. Richard Trenton Chase
The serial killer Richard Trenton Chase also known as The Vampire of Sacramento.

  3. The Murder of JonBenét Ramsey ft. Lunarhiccups
On December 26th of 1996, Patsy Ramsey woke up and went downstairs to find a ransom letter at the top of the stairs leading down to the basement of her house demanding $118,000 for the return of her 6 year old daughter, JonBenét. The sad death of JonBenét remains long unsolved, and deeply fascinating so it only seemed right to tackle it on Mystery Time! Listen to me and my bffl lunarhiccups detail the case and the conspiracies surrounding it and let us know what you think happened to her.

  4. The Black Dahlia
On the morning of January 15, 1947, Elizabeth Short's naked body was found severed into two pieces on a vacant lot on the west side of South Norton Avenue in Los Angeles, California. The unsolved murder of the girl who wore Dahlias in her hair has captivated people for decades and has cemented her as one of the most talked about stories in LA.

  5. The Murder of Selena Quintanilla
In 1995, the biggest Tejano female artist was gunned down in a hotel room by somebody she considered a friend. The murder of Selena Quintanilla rocked Latino communities and her murder was very much the OJ trial of Latino communities. Even in death, Selena remains a legend.

  6. The Slender Man Stabbing ft. Emmafielder
On May 31, 2014, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, 12-year-olds Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier lured their best friend Payton Leutner into the woods and stabbed her 19 times in an attempt to prove their loyalty to Slender Man. The age of the assailants coupled with a silly creepypasta from the internet being the motivation behind their crime began a conversation about younger generations who find themselves susceptible to what's on the internet.

  7. Do You Believe in Ghosts? ft. Emmafielder & Lunarhiccups
In honor of this being our first Halloween episode, we made this a ghost story free for all.

  8. Smooth Brain Heists ft. Emma Fielder
Some thieves just aren't that smart
